There is always a reason for a Personal Puzzle: Unforgotten moments like wedding days, a puzzle with all your family, the nicest holiday photo, my darling, our baby, our house, our garden, our children and grandchilds, my lovely pet, sport and action, silly snapshots, anniversaries, own paintings and art.

We offer two versions of Personal Puzzles. Please read the descriptions and the differences.

White Edition - up to max. 2000 pieces

The puzzle pieces have a thickness of 1,9 mm and are solid. They have very different forms (2, 3 or 4 "noses" per piece, similar like the german "Ravensburger" puzzle pieces). So the pieces could be found and put in easier (even when the colours are very similar). The surface of the puzzle is mat and didn't reflect so much under a light.
The white puzzle box is nearly as solid as the boxes of the "black edition". The individual photo motif is above and at the side directely printed on the box.
The complete puzzle will be delivered factory sealed in transparent film.

Black Edition:

The puzzle pieces have a thickness of 2 mm and are very solid. They have standard forms (always 2 "noses" per piece, opposite side). The pieces are very similar (difficult puzzling, when you have great areas with same colour). The surface of the puzzle is smooth and a little bit glossy.
The black puzzle box is big and solid. The individual photo motif is mounted on the box, and if you want, you can pull it off and replace it by something other. So the puzzle (without picture copy) will be much more difficult.
The complete puzzle will be delivered factory sealed in transparent film.

What should you deliver to us:

a) You can send us the picture digital (by E-Mail-Attachment) or on a CD by post. For the production we need a jpg-file in good quality (optimal: Puzzle with 500 pieces: 1-2 MB file, puzzle with 1000 pieces: 2-8 MB file). Please pay attention, that your original picture file has a good quality and high definition.

b) You can send us also an Original photo with smooth surface (please NO hard copies from digital photos) in the minimum size 15 x 10 cm. Please look, that your photo is not damaged or scratched, because this effects are very visible on big puzzles.

Please pay attention on the format of the puzzle (long and short side). Your picture should have similar relations. Otherwise we have to cut too much at the edges of your puzzle motif.
If you will make a complete collage with more single pics, please use the exact sizes of the puzzles (see above), and add 3 mm on each side. For example: Puzzle 72 x 51 cm = picture size 72,6 x 51,6 cm. This border we need to put the puzzle into the exact position on the basic cardboard. Please send us the complete collage in original size as a jgp-file (best quality), RGB-Colours, minimum 100 dpi, maximum 200 dpi.

And pay attention: The Jigsaw Puzzle could never be better than the picture you send us.

After your order, we will check the picture (size and quality) and now you will get a confirmation mail from us with all payment dates and the exact shipping cost. You can pay by bank account or PayPal.

"Personal Puzzles" you cannot give back, because this are individual produced product. If there is a obvious misstake or damage, the puzzle will be replaced.

The production time for personal puzzles is 2 weeks after we have registered your payment. And after this the delivery time is depending on the country, where we have to ship the puzzle.

If you will buy 2 copies of the same puzzle size and picture, we will offer a 5% discount.
